October 25 Exercise is an attitude, love, only not a taskGood News for ppl saying "I got no time for exercise"
Martin Gibala, associate professor of kinesiology at McMaster University:
(麦大运动学马丁博士的新研究发现,短时间间隔性运动比长时间锻炼更有效率)
"interval-based exercise is indeed a very time-efficient training"
"It is a demanding type of training and requires a high level of motivation. However, it might be the perfect option for those who say they have no time to exercise."
High level of motivation? that's four fancy words, he means the "love" towards exercise I think, and I believe
LOVE, is simply adequate. October 24 I'd love to...According to Mr. Richard Feynman, I understands almost nothing (except typing), "What I cannot create, I do not understand", rite, even we created something, we might not understand.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Feynman
But I share someone I appreciate & some books I read to you:
一位没有党派背景的黑人女性,完全靠自己对国际政治热爱和实力,征服了布什的政府,excellent。 赖斯:上帝绝不是让我来这里受苦的 赖斯的"实用理想主义" Condoleezza Rice http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condoleezza_Rice
Here, Some cute books in economics: (ya, crazy ones wiz some thoughts, but none of them are trivial, I see them influenced many great ppl even in HK, quoted by CEOs from Companies like Cheung Kong and so on...) 1. This is the 1st one in my life: Freakonomics http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freakonomics it's like some kinda art of mixing science/math/philosophy/economics/psychology, not hard to understand why economics rules human society, but it tells u why. 2. Then comes this book wiz very similar philosophy of my own by Malcolm Gladwell: within seconds, a lot of decisions were generated by ur smart brain wiz limited info, either good or bad, u got 2 notice it. Blink http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blink_%28book%29 Others might find this book I'm reading interesting: The Tipping Point http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Tipping_Point_(book) What is the key factor that makes the difference? Can we figure it out? 3. what is internet really good at? ask google, rite it's searching, and why searching, coz there is the thing called long tail, and how u can earn from it: The Long Tail October

October 14 Impossible is something to transcendwhen it is known, it is possible, when it is unknown (yet), it is impossible. since you don't like to limit yourself with unknown/known, why limit yourself with impossible/possible impossible becomes possible, it can't never turn back, unknown becomes known, and it can never go back either. 潘杰客 remembers《约翰·克里斯朵夫》, & the girl he loved. not hero stuff (yet), hehe, but I really love this world, not just because of what the reality is, not just because of love beyond love, wisdom beyond wisdom, but mostly because it contains the resulting process of impossible to possible, and I will be glad to be part of this process, either leading or following. I used to be pessimistic about human nature, but now I see things differently: Just like the war and humanity, it's never possible when you have to kill to survive, but when you passed the real security, humanity and beauty level of life, and see things from that level, even when you walk back to the ugliest battle field, you walk back with humanity, just like the great personnel and soldiers working for United Nations. And, it's not possible to progress without failures, failures means unlimited possibilities, because it's 0%, anything else, even 0.00001% is then another different story. Therefore the best ppl don't just know how to succeed, but they are experts in how to lose or how to treat their failures. To them, successful story in the past also stands for a little limitation, so they consider how they won't be limited by that and move on to the next level of story. To them, on the other hand, the winning inside of their heart is the thing they are after, and play bit more importantly than the outside winning. Dare we insist in risking the rest and challenging our heart? viva: yes, life is a total piece, and it consists of each and every part. Nothing are granted to be perfect, but I don't mind to go deeper for things we care, maybe starting, from build something called heart, from impossible to possible. to achieve the thing called "will" -- 意志 which will help us all the way through it to make it possible in reality. October 08 Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea (DPRK)'s nuke: far-fetched noiseAmong all the security and power issues, economic security is no doubt one of the most critical one, followed by the power of armed forces. What if DPRK cannot achieve the first kind of security? What if they have no power to rule their own country by economy? Very simple, they will go for military power and they gonna rule their country by military. Recall that how USA put DPRK in the list of Terrorist Countries? Recall that how USA froze DPRK's bank accounts around the world? They want DPRK to go for military, because US is not afraid of DPRK's limited military powers (but I'm afraid Japan is the fell guy, simply because Japan is the first defence in USA's TMD system, rite, that's how your sweet partner treat you, Japan) and use that as an evidence to let other countries to isolate DPRK even more. (Aimed to isolate China & North Korea first) When it feels unsecure, what would it do when others isolate it even more? With the help of Mr. USA, there's absolutely no solution in this matter now, north korea might remain its isolation as Solution for DPRK: open + economy (impossible now) Solution for Japan: ease DPRK, and build your own TMD plz (possible) Solution for USA: support DPRK with money to avoid terrorist attacks (impossible now) Solution for China: calm DPRK as much as possible and lead DPRK back to the meeting table (possible) Solution for South Korea: don't learn from Japan, keep distance with USA to avoid the attacks (possible) Solution for UN: say sth. but keep trying to make dialogs (possible) But yes, I can understand one thing, that the Japanese would suffer most of the insecurity feelings created, coz they are really the closest piece of land in DPRK's list of attack. Japanese did ok, but their interest were just sold by USA, that's all. Good luck. The winner of anti-terrorist war: USA government & the war industry The loser of anti-terrorist war: USA residences, USA's followers & unrelated persons But congratulations to Mr. Ban Ki-moon 潘基文 반기문 expert in shadowboxing October 06 Let it behard to sleep, but found sth nice viva said: "this is my life, and I don’t have to justify it" waooo.... can I simply do that and "let it be", 3 simple words which I heard long b4 from beatles, seems ... but how deep... she talked about some stuff, like winning the battle but losing the war....doing things u like and doing things you are responsible for... those not new, but refreshing & encouraging. so thx to the sincere hearts and those r quoted from: http://vivahe.spaces.live.com/ October 03 quoted: who's around u"You know, who you choose to be around you, let u know who you are" ---- "fast and furious" "你知道吗,你选择的在你身边的人,使得你懂得你是一个怎样的人" interesting, and maybe sometimes they serve to remind you of who you are as well, either in one way or the opposite.
many people don't care about if it is really true or not, they only care if it looks like true or not.
(hey lady, the flowers u r selling looks like fake ones, can't u exchange me another set?) edit(增补):另外一方面,有时候假花看起来确实比真的还要漂亮,更受欢迎. well, interesting, coz the flower itself is indeed real but it's not welcomed because it doesn't look like real. And sometimes the fake flowers look more beautiful than the real ones.
you care? maybe u feel bad about their words coz u cared about how they look at you sometimes I don't give a shit actually. 谁又真的知道或者在乎你卖这花是真的还是假的 只不过自己的牌自己肯定是清楚的 他们只在乎你的花漂亮美丽就可以了,所以去跟他们说真假其实也是浪费唾液. but as people we should care about something meaningful to us, isn't that rite? rite, u care about sth., u don't care about the others, u can't care about everything dude. just need to know which ones u really care.
many people don't care about if it is really true or not, they only care if it looks like true or not.
又不是急着投胎,慢慢观察一下先,让谨慎求证一下争议何妨 当然,同样的道理,搞政治的一定要辩解,because ppl care if it looks like right or not.
